NEW DJ/ARTIST SUBMISSION CRITERIA and OVERVIEW
We are definitely interested in taking on new DJ/Producer/Remixer/Artists for our roster. We are always in the top level of GOOGLE and other search engines, which means we are highly visible. Affiliation with us means that you will be represented properly to the sources that you cannot get to on your own. However, we cannot promise any gigs will be booked. That is subject to Promoters, Bookers and Casting Agents wanting to book you. What we can promise is that you will have the best opportunity available to be seen and heard, and that you will have all the best business tools available to make that happen. The following services are included in your affiliation with the agency:
1.) Writing/Editing of Press Releases
2.) Writing/Editing and/or updating your BIO
3.) Professional Mastering of your MIXES and CDs (a $500 value)
4.) Editing and Approving your Artwork and Banners
5.) Advising and Planning of your career and direction
6.) Negotiating and writing of Contracts and Riders.
7.) Booking and handling all your itinerary

We are an administrative Booking Agency, which means we handle all of your business management secure and online, issue and secure contracts and assist with Bookings. The rest is up to YOU!
THE TRUTH
We are coming back stronger than ever. Our goal is to clean up all the misinformation that has been perpetuated over the last couple of years. We had an unfortunate incident with some imposters posing as Daft Punk and Sneaker Pimps. Unbeknownst to us, we signed someone who had all the right credentials and even signed an agreement with us to represent the Sneaker Pimps and subsequently, Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk. We proceeded to book numerous dates and collect deposits. Fortunately, for the agency and the Promoters, we HOLD all DEPOSITS until after the gigs are completed. This enabled us to return ALL the deposits once everything was cleared up.
We've had people ridicule us for protecting those artists (even though they were imposters). We won't allow anyone to disrespect or legally violate our artists no matter what. One thing we shall always do is protect the artists that we represent to the fullest extent of the law. We have had numerous inquiries over the last year regarding this matter and we wanted to set the record str8. We are and shall continue to be a web site and booking agency designed to facilitate the booking process more efficiently and properly...
The Just Say Agency was started by Jesse Saunders in 1999. His vision was to create an entity like no other, which encompassed regions and local areas with agents that would have a pulse on all that happens in the major cirties across the country and eventually internationally as well. Unfortunately, it takes cooperation and dedication from all parties concerned to achieve this dream and the agents we had working for us up until June of 2004 were not dedicated. We ceased operations August of 2004.
After a 2 year hiatus, Just Say Agency is back with a vengeance! We're signing new talent, updating the site and hiring DEDICATED, AGGRESSIVE AGENTS to facilitate the new outlook. Jesse's dream is to have an agency that represents FEMALE DJ's the way they should be, as well as representing DJ's as a whole from an Artist's perspective, not a Manager's. He did a compilation album called DJ Divas in 1999 which kicked off the 1st successful DJ Divas Tour, and the 2nd installment is going to be released in 2006. In addition, with the industry at its lowest point in the last 10 years as far as DJ bookings and events, we are cultivating a new wave of possibilities including TV, Commercials and Film music.
