Certainly not your average DJ, Scorpeo owns a music production company called, "DREAMFORCE RECORDS'' a subdivision of his business Eurobeat Entertainment Inc. He belongs to the American Disc Jockey Association along with the National Club Industry Association of America and a bevy of other musical organizations world wide including Promo Only, a company that caters to only the elite DJs around the world. Scorpeo handpicks his precious sounds from world-renowned music distributors such as U.K. Dance Records in London and DecaDance Records located in Manhattan.

Scorpeo's sound and particularly his productions are unique in there own special way. He describes it as a combination of such big names as, Oakenfold, Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren and Paul Van Dyk all wrapped up in one. Scorpeo states, "I really like to combine tribal with vocals to trance and raise the bpm up and down to take the crowd on a journey they won't forget. When it comes to my production work I really like to layer synths and bass lines as I feel it gives it more warmth and an overall type of sound.''

There is no question that although Scorpeo's sets have been compared to world famous Djs, he mixes it up in a way that has been called unique all to himself and separates him from the rest of the pack. A native of Doylestown, PA, Scorpeo (aka: Frankie D) plans to follow in the footsteps of fellow Doylestown natives Pink and Justin (American Idol) in becoming a star in his own right. Scorpeo 29 years old at present started his long journey of music at the tender age of 13. Scorpeo was exposed to the nightclub scene and immediately became curious about the dj scene and the elements of track production. Over the span of his teens years, Scorpeo made influential contacts, picked up his first set of Tech 12's and began mixing and learning track production and how to work a crowd. Soon after, more established DJs began complimenting Scorpeo on his mixes and track selection. It was then he realized that becoming a great DJ was his calling. "I loved music and loved getting people off their Asses and onto the dance floor.'' Scorpeo says. Scorpeo's secondary goal is to put the music in a positive light. Scorpeo states, "Trance and house music have always been associated with drugs and so on...I don't do anything besides beer and an occasional cigarette. The sound for me is my drug. What other people do isn't my business and I certainly don't judge anyone. God knows we are not perfect... I just love the music and the way it sounds... I would love to open up peoples' ear to the beauty of it. It's like opera in the 15th century except we are in 2005. If I can put it into the mainstream as some other musical genres are than I've accomplished what I set out to do.''

A dedicated no non-sense kind of guy, Scorpeo is making all the right moves.
